RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@citywidelab.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
Cancellation of tests is allowed to the patients/customers before 8 hours from the scheduled time, 100% amount collected will be refunded to the patients/customers. In case of cancellation within 8 hours form the scheduled time, will attract 20% deduction as service charge. However, no refund shall be admissible after the test has been completed. In case of any grievances with regards to the service provided by Service Provider, patients/customers are encouraged to speak to the concerned person at the Service Provider. Though, citywidelab.com shall provide full assistance for coordination with the Service Provider. However, test order amendment is permissible to the patients/customer without any charge laving, in cases of cancelling of the test order. If any test is not conducted full refund will be made by the service provider.
